This gluten-free chipotle chicken pizza is not only delicious, but it’s also a healthier alternative to traditional pizza. The gluten-free pizza doughs on the market are made with wholesome ingredients like gluten free flours, coconut flour, and psyllium husk, which are all rich in fiber and protein. The shredded chicken is a great source of lean protein, and the fat-free cheddar cheese is a lower-fat option that still adds a lot of flavor.

HOW TO MAKE THIS HEALTHIER

You can make this chipotle chicken ranch pizza a bit healthier but using fat free cheese. I use fat free cheese when I am cutting back on fat and watching my cholesterol.

You can also use a cauliflower crust as well!

HOW TO MAKE THIS VEGAN

To make this chipotle chicken ranch pizza vegan be sure to use vegan cheese and vegan meat. For the vegan meat, use shredded jackfruit or vegan chick’n. You can also choose to nix the meat and just use vegan cheese.

HOW TO SERVE & STORE

Serve this chipotle chicken ranch pizza right out of the oven! I love it hot and melty! Place it onto a cutting board, cut into desired size pieces (large for meals and small for appetizers or sharing!).

You can let the pizza rest for 3-5 minutes if you want more of a room temperature pizza that wont burn your mouth!
