    Ingredients
      

    • 1-2 cups romaine lettuce
    • 1/2 cup grilled chicken chopped (or plant based substitute)
    • 1-2 cups gluten-free pasta fully cooked
    • 1/2 cup crispy oven-baked chickpeas seasoned
    • 2-3 tbsp Caesar salad dressing lite or plant based

    Instructions
     

    • Chopped romaine lettuce, and add to bowl.
    • Top with chopped grilled chicken.
    • Cook the gluten-free pasta according to box directions. Once fully cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
