    This veggie burger salad is perfect for busy weeknights, summer bbqs or even just an easy lunch! This burger bowl recipe is so easy to make and even the pickiest eaters will love it. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan.

    To make a veggie burger salad, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients: your favorite veggie burgers, some lettuce, tomato, red onion, red pepper, pickles, and whatever dressing or condiment you like on your burger.
