Veggie Burger Salad (gluten free, vegan)

This veggie burger salad is perfect for busy weeknights, summer bbqs or even just an easy lunch! This burger bowl recipe is so easy to make and even the pickiest eaters will love it.
To make a veggie burger salad, you'll need just a few simple ingredients: your favorite veggie burgers, some lettuce, tomato, red onion, red pepper, pickles, and whatever dressing or condiment you like on your burger. You can also add other toppings to your liking, such as avocado, vegan cheese, or sprouts.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 veggie burgers of your choice
  • 1 head of lettuce chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 2 tbsp dressing of choice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the veggie burgers according to the package directions.
  • While the burgers are cooking, assemble the rest of the ingredients.
  • To assemble the bowls, place some lettuce in the bottom of each bowl.
  • Top with a veggie burger, tomato slices, red onion slices, red pepper slices, pickles, and dressing of choice.
  • Serve immediately.
