Expert Tips & Tricks
- Let the Overnight Oats with Chocolate Protein Powder sit at least 4 hours: (overnight is best) for the creamiest consistency.
- Stir well before eating: Since protein powder can settle overnight.
- Use rolled oats for the best texture—quick oats get too mushy, and steel-cut oats stay too firm.
- Make multiple jars at once for meal prep that lasts all week.
- Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh and prevent fridge odors.
