why you’ll love this recipe
I love a good no-bake recipe, especially if its birthday cake themed! These easy, no-bake greek yogurt pretzels are the perfect combinations of sweet and salty. Each pretzel is dipped in a mixture of greek yogurt and rainbow sprinkles. If you love anything birthday cake flavored, then these are going to be your new favorite healthy treat.

No-bake recipes are easy to throw together, easy to make with kids and overall just a world of easier than a baked good. Don’t get me wrong, I love brownies, cookies and cakes, but no-bake recieps are so easy! How could you not love them!
After you dip them in the greek yogurt and sprinkles, you freeze the pretzels in the freezer to harden the yogurt. That way, the yogurt resembles more of a melted chocolate textured but remains a healthy option!

You can make a big batch of these greek yogurt pretzels, pop them in the freezer and just pull out a handful every time you want a healthy treat or healthy dessert. You can store them in an airtight tupperware or ziploc bag.
If you are having a get together you can display them on a round plate or a serving tray with some chocolate hummus for dipping in the middle.
If you are looking for an easy gift idea, you can fill clear gift bags with the yogurt covered pretzels and tie the top off with ribbon.

ingredients & substitutions
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
This recipe calls for vanilla greek yogurt because it is a healthier option then melted white chocolate. When ever I go to the grocery store I try to find the yogurt covered pretzels instead of the chocolate covered pretzels since theyre a bit healthier. That was my inspiration for these! I try to find the fat free vanilla greek yogurt to keep them even healthier.
You can also substitute regular vanilla or plain yogurt instead.
If you cant find vanilla yogurt or vanilla greek yogurt, any yogurt will do! They all work the same way. Just find a flavor you like to pair with chocolate, peanut butter and you’re on your way! You can use strawberry, peanut butter, or banana flavored!

Gluten free pretzels
To make this recipe gluten free be sure to use gluten free pretzels. They taste exactly the same as regular pretzels and have a great crunch! Here are some gluten free pretzels I suggest:

How to make these healthier?
Use fat free greek yogurt or any fat free yogurt option! I always look for the fat free vanilla greek yogurt when making these. Sometimes a low fat option is easier for people’s dietary restrictions, so with an easy fat free yogurt swap these pretzels are a bit healthier.
To make these healthier you can also use gluten free cauliflower pretzels! They’re still gluten free but lower in calories! Linking them here:

How to make these vegan?
Use vegan yogurt! There are tons of vegan yogurts out there with different flavors, and they all work well!
Do these have to be frozen?
Yes. The yogurt will melt as soon as you take it out of the freezer so its best to keep these stored frozen up until you want to eat them.
