    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese dairy-free
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 sardines Optional

    For the salad:

    • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
    • 3-4 gluten-free chicken tenders cooked and chopped

    • Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat.

    Notes

      In the comments, you mention if you don’t have a food processor, you can finely chop sardines. Sa3dines are not listed in the ingredients.
