    • 4 gluten-free chicken tenders
    • 1 gluten-free wraps
    • 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing
    • 1/2 cup dairy-free cheddar cheese

    • Place the gluten-free chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they're fully cooked and crispy. You can also air fry them for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and crispy as well to save time.

    • Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
    • To assemble the wraps, spread 1-2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing onto each wrap.
    • Place a chicken tender onto each wrap, and top with a handful of dairy-free cheddar cheese.
    • Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
