    This turkey and roast beef sandwich recipe is gluten free, dairy free, nut free and low fat. All you need is a baguette, turkey, turkey bacon, roast beef, lettuce and your favorite dressing. I used spicy mayo on mine.

    DIRECTIONS

    STEP 1

    Make the turkey bacon. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the turkey bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the turkey bacon for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.

    STEP 2

    Toast the bread. While the turkey bacon is cooking, toast the baguette in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

    STEP 3

    Make the sandwich. To assemble the sandwich, spread the spicy mayo on one slice of the toasted baguette.

    Top with the turkey cold cut, roast beef, turkey bacon, and butter lettuce.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 slices gluten-free baguette
    • 2 slices turkey cold cut
    • 2 slices turkey bacon air fried
    • 2 slices roast beef
    • 1 leaf butter lettuce
    • 1 tablespoon spicy mayo

    Instructions
     

    • Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
    • Air fry the turkey bacon until brown and crispy. Approx 3-5 minutes on 390.
    • Layer the turkey cold cut, air fried turkey bacon, roast beef, and butter lettuce on the bread.
    • Spread spicy mayo on the other slice of bread and place on top of the sandwich.
    • Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

    Notes

    The turkey and roast beef sandwich can be served immediately after assembling.
