This quick and easy air fryer french bread pizza packed with ooey gooey melted mozzarella cheese, creamy ricotta cheese, and pepperoni. This french bread pizza in the air fryer takes less than 15 minutes to make and uses 5 ingredients!

The quick prep time makes this pizza recipe one of my favorite options for a quick lunch, easy weeknight dinner, or an easy snack or appitizer! In my world, french bread pizza in the air fryer is always a good idea. Especially a white pizza with pepperoni. This recipe is gluten free and had a dairy free option.

If you love this easy weeknight dinner, you’ll also love my 4-ingredient buffalo chicken sweet potato recipe and my simple cast iron skillet fajitas!

why you’ll love this gluten free recipe

    • This french bread pizza in the air fryer is perfect for sunday football, as an apptizer for a party or even as your lazy entree! I love bringing this to a potluck because no one ever knows it is actually gluten free and I get to safely enjoy it!
    • The air fryer is a game-changer. It heats up faster, and creates a crispier crust. It always saves me so much time with this recipe!
    • The best part about this air fryer french bread pizza recipe is that it is a one pan recipe…which means only one pan to make it and only one pan to clean up! My ideal situation since I absolutely hate doing dishes.
    • This french bread pizza in air fryer is allergy friendly. You can use gluten free bread like I did for gluten free pizza. You can use dairy free cheese for an easy dairy free recipe!
    • It’s an easy freezer friendly meal! I love to have it ready to go when I need to just pull a dinner out of the freezer and air fry it quick!

    ingredients & substitutions

Garlic and herb seasoning blend: I love using a garlic and herb blend because it makes the base of this french bread pizza in the air fryer taste like garlic bread! If you don’t have garlic and herb seasoning any garlic seasoning, garlic blend or italian seasoning works great too!

Mozzarella or dairy free option: I switch between fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella and low fat mozzarella. For the dairy free version I use dairy free shredded mozzarella.

Ricotta or dairy free option: For the dairy free version I use dairy free ricotta cheese mozzarella.

Turkey pepperoni: You can choose between regular pepperoni or turkey pepperoni. I like the turkey pepperoni because it gets just as crispy and is a better-for-you option.

Baguette or gluten free baguette: The base of this air fryer french bread pizza is a baguette. I used a gluten free baguette to keep this recipe fully gluten free.

    Step 4

    Slice, serve and enjoy!

    expert tips & tricks

    • Experiment with toppings: I love to make these air fryer french bread pizzas as classic pepperoni pizzas with tomato sauce too. I also love loading them with fresh veggies and sausage for a supreme flavor. I even like to do tomato mozzarella for a bruschetta pizza.
    • Swap sauces. I love to use anything on this french bread pizza in the air fryer, from alfredo sauce to pesto sauce to a spicy marinara!

    serving, storing and meal prepping

This french bread pizza in the air fryer can be served as is or even cut into smaller appetizer-like slices. I like to serve it hot right out of the oven for the freshest taste. You can serve it with a side salad as a complete meal.

To store, I let the french bread pizza in air fryer cool completely before refrigerating in an airtight container for up to four days.

For longer storage, I love to portion the air fryer french bread pizza into freezer-safe containers and freeze for up to 2 months.
