Pudding: This no bake pudding pie is really all about the pudding filling. I use Jello Instant pudding for this recipe. It saves time, is foolproof and is gluten free!
Gluten free graham cracker crust: Make this gluten free banana cream pie with a bake or no-bake gf graham cracker crust. I like to save time by using a store bought crust. I use the Mi Del gluten free graham cracker crust or the wholly bake pie crust.
Whipped topping: Any whipped topping will work. I like to use cool whip or low fat cool whip. You can also use a vegan or dairy free option like cocowhip.
Chocolate chips: I like to use dark chocolate mini chips here so they don’t weight down the pudding. You can use milk chocolate chips or even dairy free chips!

First, I grab a big mixing bowl and add 1 1/2 packages of any whipped topping to a bowl and combine with the banana cream pudding mix. I like to use cool whip or low fat cool whip. Next, I mix in the chocolate chips.
Next, I scoop half the Gluten Free Banana Cream Pie mixture into the pie crust to create the first layer of pie.
I slice the banana on the cutting board and top the pie layer with banana slices.
Next, with the remaining half of the mixture, I add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix together to create a chocolate layer. I scoop the chocolate pudding mixture into the pie crust to create the 2nd pie layer.
Lastly, I top the Gluten Free Banana Cream Pie with the leftover whipped topping and freeze for 1 hour before slicing serving!
