Kayla Cappiello
I love nothing more than a holiday morning breakfast casserole. Waking up to the smell of a cozy egg bake with ham will get me out of bed way faster than an alarm any day. Truthfully, I'll ignore the alarm as long as I can...but the smell of breakfast? I'm definitely not ignoring that! This ham and egg bake is perfect for a holiday brunch, a weekend breakfast or even a breakfast meal prep to make your weekday mornings easier.

- 8 slices ham
- 6 gluten-free rolls
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup oat milk or milk of choice
- 2-3 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 3/4 cup low fat shredded cheese or vegan shreds
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cut the gluten-free rolls into quarters. Arrange the roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Fold the ham slices delicately around the roll pieces, creating little pockets.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, and garlic and herb seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste (optional).
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and roll arrangement in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the egg bake cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
