Dairy Free Chicken Parm

This easy and flavorful Dairy Free Chicken Parm is a perfect weeknight meal or quick lunch that can be made in just 15 minutes or less. It's made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and it's easy to customize to make it gluten-free, dairy-free, and even fat-free.

- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup gluten free breadcrubs
- 2 eggs
- fresh basil optional for topping
- 1 1/2-2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup dairy free shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dairy free Parmesan cheese optional for topping
Add egg to a shallow bowl. Whisk together. Add breadcrumbs to a separate bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into the eggs then the breadcrumbs. Cover with breadcrubs on both side.
Add to air fryer and cook on 400 for 12-17 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165.
Remove chicken cutlets from air fryer. Add the cutlets to a cutting board. Cut into 1” slices.
Add sliced cutlets to frying oven-safe pan.
Cover with tomato sauce and top with dairy free mozzarella cheese.
Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes
Top with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese.
