Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza crust gluten free
  • 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese or dairy free sub
  • 5 tbsp fresh bruschetta or sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chicken cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cheese evenly over the crust.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil, bruschetta and grilled chicken slices. Enjoy!
