Bruschetta Chicken Pizza (gluten free, dairy free option)

This Bruschetta Chicken Pizza recipe is a quick and easy weeknight meal. The combination of fresh bruschetta and grilled chicken is classic and flavorful, and the gluten-free pizza crust makes it a perfect option for anyone with dietary restrictions.
This recipe is gluten free and nut free, can be made dairy free, low fat or vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza crust gluten free
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (dairy-free or fat-free) shredded
  • 5 tbsp fresh bruschetta or sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chicken
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cheese evenly over the crust.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil, bruschetta and grilled chicken slices. Enjoy!
