Buffalo Chicken Stromboli (gluten free, diary free)

These Buffalo Chicken Strombolis are the perfect party appetizer or even fun family dinner. This Buffalo Chicken Stromboli recipe is basically a buffalo chicken pizza, rolled up and baked until crispy. These Chicken Strombolis use gluten free chicken tenders, buffalo sauce, mozzarella and are served with a side of ranch to dip in. They are spicy, crispy and filled with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough gluten free if needed
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese dairy free or fat free
  • 2 cups chicken fingers chopped
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce dairy free if needed

Instructions

  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin as thin as you can. Sprinkle gluten free flour over the top of the dough if it is sticking to the pin.
  • Air fry the chicken fingers until crispy and cooked.
  • Top the dough with cheese, chicken fingers (should be cooked or room temp, not frozen or raw), and buffalo sauce.
  • Roll the dough into a log. Make sure to tuck the ends in so no cheese comes out!
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
