    1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

    2. Add to lined loaf pan.

    3. Bake on 350 for 35-55 minutes. It should not be delicate to the touch at the top.

    I like to let my banana bread cool before serving. I like the slices to still be warm and the vegan butter or peanut butter on top to melt. The banana breads will stay fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days after baking. You can toast or microwave slices of the gluten free banana bread if you like it warm like me!
