ingredients & substitutions
- gluten free buns – For this I used canyon hawaiian sweet rolls because they are attached and easy to use. If you cannot find them, feel free to use any gluten free rolls and place them close together as though they were attached. That way, the toppings and cheese will spread across the rolls still creating a cheesy pull apart bread. https://canyonglutenfree.com/product/hawaiian-sweet-rolls/

expert tips & tricks
HOW TO MAKE THIS LOWER IN FAT:
To make this gouda bread lower in fat, use fat free cheese! Sub fat free mozzarella or even fat free/low fat cream cheese on the inside instead of gouda.
