Watermelon Italian ice is a refreshing and delicious summer treat that is easy to make at home. Made with just two ingredients, watermelon and lemon juice, this simple recipe is perfect for hot summer days.
- 4 cups watermelon seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
In a blender, combine the watermelon, lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow pan and freeze for several hours, or until solid.
Once frozen, scoop the Italian ice into bowls and enjoy!
