Upside down tomato tart (gluten free)

This upside down tomato tart is such an easy recipe, made from tomatoes, honey and gluten free pizza dough.
- 1 package of pizza dough thawed, cut into quarters
- 2 heirloom tomatoes sliced
- 4 tablespoon honey 1 tbsp on each mini tart
- 4 tablespoon olive oil 1 tbsp on each mini tart
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the honey on the prepared baking sheet.
Top with the tomato slices.
Sprinkle with salt and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
Place the dough on top of the tomatoes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are soft.
Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
