This Turkey Bacon Sandwich recipe is gluten free, dairy free, nut free and low fat. All you need is a baguette, turkey, turkey bacon, lettuce and your favorite dressing. I used honey mustard.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten free baguette
  • 3-5 slices of turkey cold cut
  • 2-3 slices of turkey bacon
  • 3 pieces of butter lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place the turkey bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the turkey bacon for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.
  • While the turkey bacon is cooking, toast the baguette in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • To assemble the sandwich, spread the honey mustard on one slice of the toasted baguette.
  • Top with the turkey cold cut, turkey bacon, and butter lettuce.
  • Close the sandwich and enjoy!
