Tofu Cream Cheese Recipe (Gluten free)

This Vegan Tofu Cream Cheese Recipe is gluten free, vegan, low fat and easy to make and free from all dairy products and animal products!
This recipe uses simple, plant-based ingredients and a high-speed blender. Lots of non-dairy cream cheese are made with raw cashews or nuts but this is a nut-free recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup silken tofu drained
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings with additional salt, pepper, or apple cider vinegar as desired.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
