Whip up this super easy Sub in a Tub Recipe for your very next lunch. It's basically a bread free spin on a classic deli sandwich. It's packed with turkey, cheese, crunchy veggies and a tangy mayo vinegar dressing.

- 4-6 slices deli turkey
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded or chopped
- 1/2 medium tomato
- ⅛ cup white onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar red wine or apple cider vinegar recommended
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Place the deli turkey, American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, white onion on a large cutting board.
