This steak grain bowl is a delicious and easy way to make a healthy, balanced meal in 30 minutes or less. These grain bowls are packed with low carb brown rice and high protein steak. They're perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, and they're also great for meal prepping. This steak grain bowl recipe is gluten free, low carb and dairy free.You can make it vegetarian or vegan by swapping out the protein for plant based protein such as vegan sausages or plant based chick'n.To make this steak grain bowl in 30 minutes or less, simply cook the brown rice ahead of time or using frozen or instant rice. These grain bowl are great for meal prepping. You can cook the rice and steak ahead of time and just assemble when you are ready to eat. These grain bowls are also great for using up leftover rice or leftover steak you may have from another meal!

- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 6 oz steak of choice
- 1 hardboiled egg peeled and sliced
- 10 turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 tbsp balsamic dressing
- 1/2 avocado sliced
Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
While the rice is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak and cook to desired doneness.
Once the rice is cooked, add it to the bowl
Top the bowl with the steak, hardboiled egg, turkey pepperoni, and lettuce.
Drizzle with balsamic dressing and serve.
