Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Spread the cheddar cheese over the pizza crust. Omit if you want to use the crust without any cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Cut the corn tortillas into thin strips. Add the tortilla strips to the hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the tortilla strips from the skillet and drain them on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the fajita seasoning and salt. Toss the tortilla strips with the fajita seasoning until they are evenly coated.
Top with the sour cream, salsa, lettuce, corn, tortilla strips, chicken, feta cheese, red onion, and red bell pepper.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
