Soft Scrambled Eggs (dairy free)

These soft scrambled eggs are dairy-free, and made with dairy-free milk, dairy free cheese, and dairy free yogurt.

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese dairy-free
- 1-2 tablespoons yogurt dairy-free
- 1 tablespoon oat milk or other plant-based milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, yogurt, oat milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through but still soft and creamy.
Serve immediately.
