Pumpkin spice Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Pretzels

These gluten free chocolate covered pretzels are covered with dark chocoalte, peanut butter, pumpkin spice and drizzled with maple syrup.
- 3 cups pretzels gluten free
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks, vegan
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup sugar free
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the pretzels do not stick.
Top each pretzel with 2-3 dark chocolate chunks. Bake on 350 for 3-5 minutes until chocolate melts. Remove from oven.
Drizzle each pretzel with the peanut butter.
Sprinkle with powdered peanut butter! Drizzle with honey.
Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours before eating.
