Give my gluten free peanut butter and jelly overnight oats a try! They start with a creamy peanut butter oatmeal base and are finished with a dollop of your favorite jelly. The flavor is pure nostalgia—just like the classic PB&J sandwiches I brought to school every single day growing up. It’s a delicious throwback in every bite!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp jelly to line the cup
  • 3/4 cups of gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cups of oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 mashed bananas
  • 1 tbsp pb powder

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Mash 1 banana.
  • In a glass, add the oats, milk, mashed banana and applesauce. Mix.
  • Let sit overnight.
  • In the morning add toppings and enjoy!
