Give my gluten free peanut butter and jelly overnight oats a try! They start with a creamy peanut butter oatmeal base and are finished with a dollop of your favorite jelly. The flavor is pure nostalgia—just like the classic PB&J sandwiches I brought to school every single day growing up. It’s a delicious throwback in every bite!

- 2 tbsp jelly to line the cup
- 3/4 cups of gluten free oats
- 1/4 cups of oat milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 mashed bananas
- 1 tbsp pb powder
Toppings
- 1 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Mash 1 banana.
In a glass, add the oats, milk, mashed banana and applesauce. Mix.
Let sit overnight.
In the morning add toppings and enjoy!
