Grilled peach caprese salad is a delicious and easy fall salad that is perfect for a quick get-together or fall party. It is made with simple, in season ingredients, like ripe peaches and fresh tomatoes. You serve them with burrata cheese, and balsamic glaze. It can be prepared in just a few minutes.
The grilled peaches add a touch of sweetness and smokiness to the salad, while the fresh tomatoes and burrata cheese provide a refreshing balance. The balsamic glaze ties everything together and adds a touch of acidity.
