This low carb turkey burger recipe is easy to make and can be grilled or pan fried. They are gluten free, dairy-free and egg-free, making them a great option for those with dietary restrictions.
This low carb turkey burger recipe is made with ground turkey, nutritional yeast, spicy mayo, pork rinds and garlic. The nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor, the spicy mayo adds a bit of heat, and the garlic adds a touch of flavor. If you don’t have nutritional yeast, you can use grated Parmesan cheese or vegan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 93% fat free ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons pork rinds crushed
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mayo
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cheesy nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or pan to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, pork rinds, spicy mayo, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve on your favorite buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use ground turkey that is at least 93% lean. This will help to keep the burgers moist and flavorful. Don’t overmix the burger mixture. Overmixing can make the burgers tough. Flatten the burgers out before cooking. This will help them to cook evenly. Don’t overcook the burgers. They should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
