Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
Add the bbq sauce, water, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Shred the chicken with two forks and add to a bowl.
To assemble the lettuce wraps, place a spoonful of shredded chicken in each lettuce leaf.
Top with your desired toppings and extra bbq sauce!
