Lazy Sushi

This recipe is so easy to make, even a beginner can do it. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal on the table in no time. These lazy sushi rolls are packed with avocado, tuna and spicy mayo. And don't worry, you don't need fresh sushi grade tuna! For this recipe I used canned tuna since it is a cheaper and more accessible option. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and nut free.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 sheets of seaweed paper
  • 1 can 12 ounces albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup spicy mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

Instructions
 

  • Place a sheet of seaweed paper on the cutting board.
  • Add a few slices of avocado.
  • Top with a layer of tuna.
  • Drizzle with spicy mayo.
  • Sprinkle with Japanese seasoning and coconut aminos.
  • Fold up like a taco and enjoy!
