On a cutting board, cut the turkey, salami, pepperoni, provolone and mozzarella into tiny chopped pieces. The smaller the better.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, salami, pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella.
Stir in the shredded lettuce and banana peppers.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning.
Pour the dressing over the meat and vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
