I can’t get enough of this Green Goddess Wrap! Packed with crisp veggies and drizzled in silky, herb-packed green goddess dressing, it’s light, fresh, and seriously satisfying. A wholesome, feel-good meal that’s as easy to make as it is to love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free wrap
  • 2 –3 gluten-free chicken tenders
  • 1 –2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices turkey bacon

Green Goddess Dressing:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt or regular
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or small food processor, blend avocado, oat milk, yogurt, chives, parsley, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Air fry chicken tenders and turkey bacon at 400°F for 12 minutes until crispy.
  • Lay out your gluten-free wrap. Add lettuce, tomato slices, crispy chicken tenders, and turkey bacon.
  • Drizzle your green goddess dressing over the top.
  • Roll tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal!
