I can’t get enough of this Green Goddess Wrap! Packed with crisp veggies and drizzled in silky, herb-packed green goddess dressing, it’s light, fresh, and seriously satisfying. A wholesome, feel-good meal that’s as easy to make as it is to love.

- 1 gluten-free wrap
- 2 –3 gluten-free chicken tenders
- 1 –2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices turkey bacon
Green Goddess Dressing:
- ½ ripe avocado
- ¼ cup oat milk or milk of choice
- ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt or regular
- 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Salt + pepper to taste
In a blender or small food processor, blend avocado, oat milk, yogurt, chives, parsley, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Air fry chicken tenders and turkey bacon at 400°F for 12 minutes until crispy.
Lay out your gluten-free wrap. Add lettuce, tomato slices, crispy chicken tenders, and turkey bacon.
Drizzle your green goddess dressing over the top.
Roll tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal!
