Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 4 Gluten-free slider rolls
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup pickle slices
  • 3 tbsp hot honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the chicken breast into thin cutlets that fit snugly on your slider rolls.
  • Prep your dipping stations! In one bowl, whisk the egg whites. In another bowl, get your breadcrumbs ready.
  • Dunk each chicken cutlet in the egg whites. Then, roll them in the breadcrumbs, making sure they get a nice, even coating.
  • Line up your breaded chicken in your air fryer basket.
  • Set your air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While your chicken sizzles, toast your slider rolls if you prefer them warm and fluffy. Prepare your lettuce and pickle slices, getting ready to assemble your sliders.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two.
  • Build your sliders!
