This gluten-free sandwich with turkey is a quick and easy lunch that is perfect for a lunch on the go. You can preare it ahead of time and take it to work with you. It is made with just a few simple ingredients, including turkey, turkey bacon, lettuce, and onion garlic spread.
The gluten-free sandwich with turkey is packed with protein and can be easily meal prepped ahead of time. You can use turkey cold cut or fresh carved turkey. This is a great recipe for left over thanksgiving turkey.
This recipe is gluten free if you use gluten free bread. It is dairy free since there is no cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free baguette
  • 4 slices turkey cold cut or carved fresh turkey
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 pieces of lettuce
  • 1/4 cup of store-bought onion garlic spread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place turkey bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.
  • To assemble the sandwich, spread the onion garlic spread on one slice of the baguette.
  • Top with turkey, turkey bacon, and lettuce.
  • Close the sandwich and enjoy!
