Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 15.25 ounces gluten free chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and oil.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
