Gluten Free Pumpkin Bars

Kayla Cappiello
Honestly, I'm already in the pumpkin mood before I even get to september. I literally count down the days until I can order a pumpkin spice latte. I love baking with pumpkin puree. These gluten free pumpkin bars are soft, but sturdy... think part cookie bar and part cake! They are loaded with pumpkin flavor. These bars are an easy recipe that’s full of fall flavor that you’ll want to make it all season!
