1poundboneless skinless chicken breastscut into 1-inch cubes
1/2cupapricot preserves
3orangessqueezed/juiced (about 1 cup juice)
2tablespoonsgluten-free soy sauce
2tablespoonsrice vinegar
1teaspoonsesame oil
1tablespoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakesoptional, for a touch of heat

Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In the crockpot, whisk together the apricot preserves, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
