- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Pinch salt optional
- 6 tablespoons jam
