Gluten free Chocolate Chip Bars

These easy gluten-free chocolate chip bars are the perfect dessert for a summer day. They are made from just gluten free cookie dough, dairy free chocoalte chips and whatver fruit you like! I used peaches. They're made with just a few simple ingredients, and are ready in just 30 minutes. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan! Just make sure you buy a cookie dough that meets all these requirements! If you are not gluten free, dairy free or vegan you can use any cookie dough you want.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 12-ounce packages gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup diced peaches

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with the diced peaches. Press into pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 5 more minutes or until chips are melted.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
