Gluten Free Chicken Wings

It’s not a true game day without chicken wings. If we're watching at the bar, I'm absolutely ordering them, and if we're watching at home I'm absolutely making them! Most restaurant chicken winga are fried in oil but these gluten free chicken wings are actually baked! This makes them easier for an at-home recipe, and also a better for you option! These Gluten Free Chicken Wings are easy to make, bursting with flavor, and are certainly a crowd pleaser!

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp garlic seasoning
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chipotle seasoning
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
Preheat oven to 425.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
Add them to a bowl and cover in baking powder, garlic, onion powder, chipotle seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss together to make sure wings are fully coated.
Add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Add to the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the glaze honey and lemon juice.
Remove from the oven and brush with lemon honey mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
