- 2 gluten free everything bagels
- 10 eggs
- 3 tbsp oat milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or dairy free sub
- 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook bacon in the oven, microwave or air fryer. Once done, crumble and set aside.
Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper
Cut the bagels into 1" slices.
Add the bagel pieces to the bottom of 9x9 baking dish.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl. Add oat milk. Whisk.
Pour the egg mixture over the bagel pieces, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Top with shredded cheese and crispy bacon pieces.
Bake for 40-45 minutes minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the bagels are lightly golden brown.
Top with everything bagel seasoning. Serve hot and enjoy!
