Golden, bubbly and delicious, this easy and quick to prepare Gluten Free Breakfast Bake is a wonderful high protein make ahead recipe. I love making it with day old gluten free baguette for the perfect, crusty topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 1 gluten free baguette sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • Salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make the egg mixture by pouring the eggs into a bowl. Next, add the milk and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a baking dish.
  • Next, dice the bacon and air fry or pan fry it until crispy. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Top the egg mixture with baguette slices, bacon and cheese.
  • Bake the gluten free breakfast bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
