Gluten Free Breakfast Bake

Golden, bubbly and delicious, this easy and quick to prepare Gluten Free Breakfast Bake is a wonderful high protein make ahead recipe. I love making it with day old gluten free baguette for the perfect, crusty topping.

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 gluten free baguette sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Salt + pepper
Make the egg mixture by pouring the eggs into a bowl. Next, add the milk and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a baking dish.
Next, dice the bacon and air fry or pan fry it until crispy. Drain off any excess grease.
Top the egg mixture with baguette slices, bacon and cheese.
Bake the gluten free breakfast bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
