- 6 apples peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp cinnamon separated
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 5 tbsp dairy free butter separated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine apples, 2 tbsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp dairy free butter. Toss to coat.
Pour the apple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine gluten free oats, brown sugar, 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp cinnamon.
Mix togeher until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture over the top of the apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
