The delicious dessert recipe is naturally gluten-free thanks to the blueberries, spices, and maple syrup. Opt for a gluten-free granola or substitute with rolled oats for an entirely gluten-free version.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 cups granola
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon or pumpkin spice mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the blueberry filling: In a baking dish, toss together blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and maple syrup.
