Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free baguette
  • 3-5 slices turkey cold cut
  • 2 slices turkey bacon air fried
  • 2-3 slices roast beef
  • 1 leaf butter lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mayo

Instructions
 

  • Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
  • Air fry the turkey bacon until brown and crispy. Approx 3-5 minutes on 390.
  • Layer the turkey cold cut, air fried turkey bacon, roast beef, and butter lettuce on the bread.
  • Spread spicy mayo on the other slice of bread and place on top of the sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Notes

The roast beef sandwich can be served immediately after assembling.
You can also wrap the roast beef sandwich in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. When you’re ready to eat, simply unwrap the sandwich and enjoy.
