Cast Iron Skillet Fajitas (Gluten free)
Kayla Cappiello
Fajitas shouldn't be complicated. All you need is juicy, flavorful chicken with lightly charred peppers and onions, all cooked up in one single skillet. I don't use 100 different pots and pans. I don't use a million different ingredients. I don't like to overcomplicate things. These cast iron skillet fajitas are delicious, flavorful and naturally gluten free.
