Ingredients

  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cooked and grilled chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing low fat or dairy free sub (optional)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free herbed croutons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the cheese (optional), garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the crust.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top the pizza with the lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, and croutons.
  • Cut into slices and serve immediately.
