Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the chicken tenders to the air fryer and cook according to package directions. Once fully cooked, remove from air fryer and chop into 1/2" pieces.
Using a cutting board, cut the potatoes into quarters. Add to air fryer basket. Option to speay with olive oil. Air fry on 400 for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tenders.
While the bacon, potatoes, and chicken are cooking, add the arugula, red onion, and turkey bacon to a cutting board. Once cooked, remove from air fryer and set aside.
Add bacon to air fryer and cook on 400 for 5-6 minute or until desired crispness. Once cooked, add to cutting board and chop into fine pieces.
Add the arugula, bacon and onion into a salad bowl.
Toss the chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. Then add to salad bowl.
Top the salad with roasted potatoes.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
